While I agree that there are people in this company, union and not, that should be a burden somewhere else, does not give me reason to bash these or any other employee. I will try to assist the sub-standard employee to improve and hope they will change. However, WE are all adults and make out own decisions. Has nothing to do with being Union or Non-Union/Craft or Management! It.is all about the individual! Good luck!!

Strikes must not be creating enough attention, what a surprise. It isnt hard to terminate employment, but nobody including management wants to go down that road when its not necessary. Some union members are long overdue to be fired, techs sleeping in trucks, not showing up to jobs, lying to customers, slamming customers with products they didnt order, etc. At least tell the whole story instead of creating a false headline. Its time for the union to find another host to latch onto.
Good thing that the union stewards arent in bed with management in FL! Oh wait....
