Some..... There are plenty that act more like they work for the customer than Staples. When they depart, they leave a mess from wiping jackie's behind for years and others are left to deal with the monsters they've created. Managers need to do a better job of making sure reps are not overstepping.
and so are the CSC’s who help them
But not undercompensated
