Thread regarding Sears layoffs

I wonder how this company still exists?

This company has become such a mess that I’m starting to think that even those at the top aren’t sure how this still works magically somehow.
Everything is falling apart, from whichever aspect we look, there is nothing healthy anymore. Unfortunately.
I feel sick just thinking that I haven’t left this company yet.

OMG! Why does anyone still work for Eddie? Do you really think this is or ever was working under his “leadership”? Run, don’t walk, out! What are you hanging on for? Severance that will never come or not come close to covering the anguish this company has caused you?! Do you need permission to leave? Fine, give yourself permission and get the F out.

I wake up every morning sick to my stomach because I know that I have to call anywhere between 20 and 50+ people each day to reschedule their A&E service appointments because of our lazy techs and incompetent management. It wouldn't be so bad if you could reschedule customers for next day, or maybe a couple of days out. But when you have to tell them it will be another month or two before someone can service their appliance?? That's almost criminal. And that reschedule date is not even a guarantee. The tech will probably call off again and screw over the customer once again. Good Times!!
Shut it down. I want unemployment!!!
