That sounds a little harsh, but what I am asking is, are there any of the really good employees that were there from the past say 4 years ago that are still there or have they all been pushed out for making too much or for showing that the new folks are not nearly as productive?

Nope. Nada. Zilch. Zero. Only sub-par whiny unskilled employees at ADP now. Oh and the "green cards" which are merely charity cases as they definitely have no skills and can't accomplish anything useful.
Short answer: NO
If you think you are there because of your talent, think again. Take a look at your check. It is most likely far less than the good employees were being paid. ADP now has a mess with a bunch of folks who whine and complain they are overworked because they are struggling. I am sure you are the one exception though.
I think the same applies in work and life. If you think everyone else s—s, they aren't the ones who s—. Psychological projection is a pretty tacky cross to bear. The company made $15B more in 2019 than 2018 so it's obviously making the owners happy. The company could transition to outsourcing everyone except people out in the field in the next year, and it'd keep chuggling along.
I think they asked about the really talented employees who were being paid more because of their skills and then pushed out because they were paid more. Certainly there are people still there, but the few that really knew their stuff and were the ones that made ADP actually run are almost all gone now.
We’re still here, trying to stay employed through a pandemic.
