This is not the worst place to work for - not even close - and yet people are leaving in droves. I mean, we always had some turnover, but lately it's become ridiculous.
I can't figure out what could have changed so much in one year to cause this kind of mass exodus.
I'm just thinking that many may realize they miss Nestle once they're gone...
