I really don’t know anyone who works here just because they love working here. Maybe you do?
This place has become a joke. Unnecessary stress was an integral part of the job even when I first got hired, but in the meantime it’s grown astronomical. Honestly, maybe I could find another job if I tried a little harder, but that would mean leaving the severance pay to them. No way. I’ll hold out a little longer.

Citrix is THE HIGHEST paying employer in south florida... no one is going to leave voluntarily...
At least in info sec... Managers are making in the $150k's... Director's between $178k - $200k.. Senior Directors in the $225k's and above.. VP's are over $300k...
Contrast this with comparable positions in other companies... The highest director salary I could find was $175k.. JM Family was in the $150k - $160k range...

Citrix was a bad company to work for 6 years ago... Sad things are only getting worse...
Well, many people have discussed this before, in this chat group. They are trying to bully people out of the company to avoid paying the severance package, if you can hold your ground, do it.
It should cost them to have abused you, this is not the same company it used to be.
