The director in procurement seemed to protect his kith and kin who has no real job portfolios. This has brought about apprehension to the team. We are simply not focused on the job. Waiting to see the outcome of March cuts. Hopefully then we can begin to work. Such a joke that favouritism has taken over professionalism. 20th floor is no where to be. The lords of the manor decides and determines your fate. They will not even acknowledge your greetings especially if you’re the minority. Such a shame. Hopefully this trend is corrected with us going with Cenovus.

That is the way the cookie crumbles on the 20th floor. Either you speak the language or you s— up to someone that does. People are judged by their accent and the colour of their skin. Cenovus hopefully will change that culture. Another countdown. The tension is real.
The truth is that the people who accuse others — without a shred of evidence — of “playing the race card,” claiming that the accusations of racism are so exaggerated as to dull the meaning of the term, are themselves playing a card. It is a privileged attempt at dismissal.
I agree if you are using the race card as an reason why someone else was selected then you need to look in the mirror to see who is racist
"especially for the minority" are you playing the race card when maybe someone is just a better candidate for the job. Stop using this as an excuse. You are pathetic
Sadly this is true. You just have to be an excellent a– licker . Your knowledge or contribution to the team is not relevant especially for the minority.
