Time is better spent on polishing up my resume.
Can I fill out an NLI for this year's PDS, avoid filling it out, and gain some LPS cred? Pls.
And that -1 is subtract one rank bucket, so very good to good, needs improvement to needs significant improvement. I suggest everyone polish that resume.
Simple equation for your rank this year:
[Last years rank bucket] - [1] = This years rank
Subtract 2 if you really screwed up or were already PIP’d but survived.
They already know where they’ll rank you. Don’t waste your time.
Why are you wasting time with this process. It's pretty evident from last year that it's rigged. No matter what you do, the people running the show already have an idea what bucket you fall into prior to any discussions.
Just think of this as using the companies time to prepare your resume for looking for work elsewhere. Come July, you may be one of the ones having to leverage this in order to find a new career.
