I heard no bonus.
I heard yes we were getting a bonus.
Why would you expect LTI. LTI is a tool to keep people for the next 3 years. Maybe in 4 or 5 years they will be in growth mode again.

Target increases as grade increases. Not sure what the distribution of grades are at the company. OPC Graded 24+ is 20% target and above. Check my employee central if you don't know what yours is.
Is the target 15% for most employees?
What does 50% of target mean and why did we roll out new Performance review if individual contributions don't matter? I'm glad there is a bonus though. I'm sure we all deserve it! Way to go my friends!
