I’m wondering for how long can Qualcomm block NVIDIA from acquiring Arm? For now, everything is ok, but the whole situation is certainly worrying.

Well maybe Q should have kept their CPU team instead if ditching them then spending $1.4B on buying another.
What do you think the lawyers for? Qualcomm thinks they are most valuable employee than you, engineers! And of course, the HR guys, they work for Qualcomm, not the staff

Most of ARM customers, would probably be against this acquistion, including aapl/googl.. Probably pretty slim chance of nvidia pulling this off.
Qualcomm has unbelievable political power. Qualcomm should no even exist today. Broadcom should own all of Qualcomm’s patients and ever building in SD should be empty! But due to political power Qualcomm buildings in SD are full of engineers that can’t find a job anywhere else!
