I left about three years ago on my own because the atmosphere at Commscope was getting worse by the day. People were getting tired of layoffs and overall toxicity and morale was starting to take a big hit. I decided to leave before they made me leave and while I do have a safer job now, I'd lie if I said I don't miss this place sometimes. Once upon a time, this was actually a great place to work. Has the situation improved since I left or did it continue to go downhill as I feared it would?

The stock has been doing much better, very few layoffs since last summer, new CEO coming in and making a difference. I like where this ship is headed. Things are looking much better for the future.
Oh ya, sales department is doing SOOO much better.
