Salary SPB employees across GE celebrate approval of their bonuses. Big bonuses handed out 2 years in a row. Of course no raises for LPB and PB levels 2 years in a row. Maybe they will take us for a spin in the new cars and boats they get. Cheer up we can always display our awards on cubicle walls.

Anyone surprised by this? Nope, not me.
Raises pushed out to July but not confirmed they will happen at all.
No bonus or raises for PB and LPB again this year ? Well I guess they dont really want to retain US talent. Might even be deliberate so that US people continue to leave and can be replaced by $9 per hr ppl in India.
I say move up and get one of those positions. Just do it!!!
