I’m 61 with 13 years service. Am I considered NRE
The sad of it is if you made it this king you are probably one of the better employees. This is the ignorance running ExxonMobil these days.

Yes and you will probably get some sh– job and be overworked until they force you to retire.
NRE in the mid-50 age level is one of the few age discrimination regulations by which the company abides. Like the dude lawers says they have to.
Don't feel fortunate.
You will survive, that doesnt change. However, the time until you are RE and get run out on a rail won't be professionally satisfying. You will be a team pariah and treated like something stuck to the bottom of a shoe in spite of any real value or contributions. The wonders of forced rankings and perceptions.
NRE, yes. Post-60 with 15 years, nope.
