People constantly keep asking here and at work if they're safe and I figured out a nice, handy guide for everybody to determine it once and for all. Is your pay more than average but you're not a part of the ELT or related to any of them? Ding ding ding, you're not safe. It's literally that simple. Your knowledge, experience, knowhow, initiative...none of that means anything. That's your one factor right there. You're welcome.

Define higher than “average” salary. More than 100% PMR?
Wondering what ELT means also
Respect for the Individual
We expect every employee to be respectful to the individuals they are training to replace them.
Service to the Customer
Yesterday, thousands. Today, 500. Soon, it will be literally be the Customer. Singular.
The Pursuit of Excellence
This is the one thing we still excel at. IBM management sees an excellent idea that other companies are already doing, then pursues it, always starting from behind, pursuing that excellence while falling further and further back. Until the next shiny excellence appears that must be pursued. Ever onward.
Bruh if you're trolling atleast put a #troll in your post

IBM's once-upon-a-time "Constitution"
Those are long gone days... The (lack of) the first one addresses "am I safe?".. not in quite a while
Re Customers ... Only 500 left that matter
Re Excellence and it's Pursuit... Sigh
YOU ARE NEVER SAFE AT IBM, period!
Get that resume in shape, and just be ready for that phone call!!
