it’s a shame how some employees have to struggle to make sure they can make it to work, she has no clue because rules doesn’t apply. Again misses a day and is unaccounted for again. She must be special.

I'm curious to know how you know that this person's absences are unaccounted for or that rules don't apply to her? Because unless you are either her direct manager or store manager, you wouldn't know this information or have any access to view this information. Is this person supposed to announce to the entire store when they are reprimanded for something? Maybe you should focus more on your life and job and not spread lies and rumors about something you know nothing about.
