It is very hard to find a new job after layoff so if you see the ship sinking plan ahead. During the pandemic....it takes triple effort and time to find something, market is over saturated
Your Supervisor has a standby generator installed at his mansion that is powered by the Fayetteville shale, just like them trucks we used to buy like M&M’s! And yes, you’re still laid off this week.

I left the company not so long ago and managed to find a new job in this sector, although it was not easy. I was very lucky. How much harder it has become to find a job in the meantime, I don’t know, but I’m afraid the situation is far from great. Is there any more detailed information on “optional career transition assistance” that will be offered to affected workers and is it helpful at all?
I will be thrilled if I get to keep my paycheck after next week due the massive layoff. Just saying.....
