Because it's same mistake metricstream did in 2017. MetricStream already has 1500 employees and not so many projects that can run by 1500 employees. Then why they need more employees? They hire when there is new investment and fire immediately when they don't reach revenue. Think smart, what is metricstream revenue, did metricstream revenue increased last one year? Then why so much recruitment?
Is this true? Did anyone hear something on these lines? About 130 jobs have been advertised for hiring and that means we are growing. Why would 2017 repeat soon?

Invite of HR writing 5 star reviews in glassdoor still metricstream struggling to recruit. Don't lose hopes HR, keep writing positive reviews, some will trust your reviews and join metricstream.
