Negative cash flow

I don’t remember the last time when GE had a positive cash flow...

Q1 doesn’t bring good news: https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/general-electric-expects-negative-cash-flow-in-q1-2021-ceo-2021-02-16

I just wonder what will be the result of continuous negative cash flow?
