It’s been almost a year since I’ve worked at Sears and of course things were terrible. There was no accountability or transparency. It was just straight up lies telling you things would get better when they didn’t. Pebble was a joke and of course they called you out when you posted something unfavorable. I’m just wondering what it’s like now..... Honestly do any of you think your store will be around a long time or are you just waiting for the ax to drop??? Save the stupid Lp/Ap comments no one wants to read that craziness.

From the RTL's to the supervisors, to the managers in SHS, not ONE of them is actually 'qualified' to be in a management position. They were ALL promoted because of favoritism. Nothing else. No training in management. No education in management skills, No EXPERIENCE in actually managing employees. Hell, most of them can't even put a simple e-mail together without countless grammatical and punctuation errors. When you work form home, and rely on e-mail's from your 'supervisors', it would be nice if the e-mails would be READABLE. If these so called 'RTL's or supervisors" didn't have their current jobs with SHS, they would be struggling today to find work at the local WalMart stocking shelves on the overnight shift. PATHETIC!! And THIS is why SHS is collapsing. It's over. Shut it down. NOW!
I to work for A&E home services. Everyone is just waiting and hoping for the big announcement to shut down. The people here are just here for the package so we can start a new life and put this nightmare behind us. management does not care about anybody including the customers.
I don't work in a store, but I work for Sears Home Services. I'm just waiting for that ax to drop, and I'm doing as little as possible in the meantime. When you bleed 'members' each and every day, it's just a matter of time before the s**tshow ends. It's difficult to actually care about our customers when management obviously doesn't.
