Tell you the truth I can not wait for my layoff slip. 273 has gone down over the years. This is the worst I have seen it here. Morale is at an all time low and no one cares. Even the shop stewards cant preach one ounce of hope anymore to the membership. Everyone knows that another substantial reduction in the work force is coming. I am going to take my first chance I can to get out and never to return. The legacy history of working for this big company is far from what it use to be. It is a shame that a company of this size would short change the employees the way they do. They claim to be hurt on money but yet big bonuses go to the fat cats or the 1% of America. While the rest are sc-aping crumbs off the floor hoping to get a nice meal. Well those who returned from layoff will be going out on another layoff. I bet the dumb ones return again IF they do call backs and that’s a BIG IF. So many sad and worried faces walking around these days. Oh well corporate greed wins another one!

My morale is not low! It’s happy that the pink slips are soon upon us again. This time I will not return and I doubt there will be call backs.

Well lets be honest, the weather this morning didn't do much to put anybody in good spirits! The drive in was just lousy. So already this morning was off to a good start!!
Hang in there! A Culture Survey was sent out a couple of weeks ago and I am sure Culpable and his diverse and inclusive team is evaluating every concern and recommendation. Change is coming! The Newco will be a new and improved company. Woo Hooo!
