So we started to write our review and enter comments... if we are so global why are we writing a review on our own areas ??? Meanwhile we are running the whole store !! There are metrics that I can be driving better in my own world.

I agree, we are too global but that's because there's too few of us any longer. But if you look at your review, it's all store stats anyway. You only have a very small part of that review that's specific to your exact role.
