Someone mentioned here that they work less than ever since they don't care anymore for a company that has become so bad. It is not clear to me how some people manage to get away with doing so little. It seems to be a real art. I’d love to be like that too, but I’m literally overwhelmed with work, almost to the point of burnout. I think I'm busier now than ever.

Maybe because ADP is going down in flames and no one actually cares! Why bother with any effort for such poor treatment of people!
Excuse me, why are you complaining there OP? Seems to me you want everything handed to you. If you are complaining now wait till things are ripped from you because you are white, skilled, and compensated for your abilities so that your job can be given to an undeserving, unqualified, minority!
Wah! Wah! You have a job. You weren't pushed out after 20 years of dedication and excellent work and promotions for your abilities, and then just get tossed out because someone thinks they can save some money by hiring a bunch of cheap, inexperienced employees who have to work really long hours and weekends to try to do their jobs. No sympathy for you from me!
