obligatory I know we're lucky to just have a job spiel It seems like company wide everyone is sick of the bs we shouldn't have to quit (and who wants to be job hunting right now) at what point does macy's just need to do better? Working conditions continue to get worse and worse everyday something new is added to our job descriptions we're all doing the work of multiple people while the ceo is sitting fat and happy with their million dollar bonuses
It's scary but what can we do to start sticking up for ourselves? Stop extending? Stop going the extra mile? Stage a walk out? Something has to give I've been with the company for years and things continue to go downhill
