Nepotism alive and well in that division- siblings with different last names report to same manager.
Dim light, dim wit, males, females, whatever they call themselves- doesn't matter. They select for dumb because they are easy to control, manipulate, and be happy to eat sc-aps and crumbs. Just look at the folks so happy that they got a @ 1% "raise"
Not like there is any chance of promotion in that area. Over 5 years in that group with excellent ratings and would not even discuss moving me up. And too many management favorite dim wit females in that area.s—

You’d be hard pressed to find employees who aren’t suspicious of impending bad news. No ones been hired in over a year despite the high turnover, off-shore employees working files, increase in work load demand, fear-based management, no more flexibility....
we’re all kind of waiting to be laid off, especially with the purchase of Change Healthcare which seems to be able to replace what we do with AI.
