To Seriously "Stop complaining about your 3k. They're people that got absolutely nothing."

Try learning some grammar. You might keep your job longer and people might take you seriously if you use proper grammar.

They're gonna milk that "covid" thing left, right, and center for justifying tiny "bonuses" "raises" etc..it's yet another US psy op

ORX. 5/1%/3k Told lucky to get that much even though it’s less than half of normal. No explanation why the reduction. Is this covid or future of ORX.

MAP 4, got $1200, boss lady said i should be very proud of the generous bonus and then a warning talking down about having to not only keep up the work but take it to the next
level which is code word for doing others work, coming in early , staying late, holidays, weekend work without extra pay or solid reimbursement.

Hold the phone...50 bucks?! for meeting expectations a "3"...is that an early april fools joke? Let's see, we got people who got food cards, 50 bucks, and other laughable amounts of "bonus"–this must be the new norm in the failed state.

MAP review yesterday - overall rating 3 / $0 merit increase / $50 Rewarding Results Bonus - what a joke!! Is this the new ‘norm’? If the goal is to make employees quit & find other jobs, it will work.

After discussing with peers, majority are ready to bail & exit OPTUM & UHG. Pathetic how they treat their employees!!! Actively seeking employment elsewhere.

that place was like an onion. the more layers you peeled back, the stinkier it became. rotten, corrupt, fraudulent, sickening, and nauseating as they profiteered off of the sick and infirm for ticker symbols and quarterly "earnings"

About 40-50% is gone in withholding. Take home is not much. I worked in a department where the VP would always put someone on a CAP at the end of the year so they would not qualify for a bonus and he could give extra to his mistress. Lol. Everyone else worked so hard while these two galavanted around all day and the bonus was a fraction of what it should have been for the rest while the poor chump that was on a CAP got no rate increase and no bonus. I called it prostitution but it went on for years. That’s RX for ya.

Isn't the bonuses cut by 50% after taxes? Bonuses are 50% taxed, so the 10K that you got, is really only approx. 5K.

One audit equals 1% rate increase but a $10k bonus. $$$ for me. I think my whole team did well with the bonus. We are all use to the small rate increases and rely on the bonuses of around 8-10%.

This is unreal. one percent?????????? And/or a gift card for a supper at some resto chain dump? How insulting. We all know what their billions in profit are each quarter and this is their "thanks"??!!

Great review with a big fat 1 percent and a loss of 5 percent on ESSP. 265 billion profit.....
If you can't take care of your own employees how can you expect an insured person or other client to trust you are taking the best care of them?

My review was positive all around, I busted my butt alllllll year, worked as much of the constant mandatory OT as I could ...got a 4 and was still not surprised at the meager 1%. Despite the reports of record profits. I just knew they would stiff us again.
