Has anyone looked at the difference in overtime policies between ats and usa? No more double time or ot with scheduled time off? Will this be affecting us?

If you have a contract.
You should check your contract
Suddenlink markets have never had double time and if you take a day off you have always lost your OT
Could be wrong about both but, Pretty sure double time is only working a 7th consecutive day and Overtime will become normal time with scheduled PTO. That is of course unless your in a union shop and they fight to keep the contract the way it was.
That alone makes the dues worth it.
