Did laid off employees get company paid healthcare for the remainder of the year?

I got 8 months of company paid Cobra. After that I would need to pay crazy high Cobra premiums to continue.

Nowhere in paperwork did it mention Marathon was paying for Cobra.

That’s not true for everyone. I only get 3 months COBRA covered by the company. This round was definitely less generous than the last.

The company is covering 100% of COBRA for 8 months. No out of pocket for those laid off.

Nope they are not paying for our medical. They've thrown us to the wolves in the midst of a pandemic that they do not take seriously.

But you guys are having to pay (your portion) to keep the Cobra coverage? Last round the company paid 100% of medical coverage until the end of the year is why I’m asking.
