Worked hard for the company for 15 years. I’m 56. There used to be Diversity on our teams especially with age. The company only promotes and hired people under 30 and on my old team which was 20 something white girls. It was like that movie Mean Girls. They would sit around at lunch and gossip and make fun of everyone in the store. Glad to be away from that toxic environment!

Those girls are a highlight of any FLS experience. Some tender thing in fresh Zellas minding Women’s Active, you bet it’s worth a visit. Let me know if they’re laid-off when the store closes. I just want to help.
