Worst HR team possible. Couldn't be worse if they tried.
Yet another HR leader? How many does that make in the last 5 years? 4, or is it 5? Until Sabre realizes the value of its employees you will continue to see mass exits of extremely talented people. Southwest treats us like human beings and at times suffers their bottom line to protect us and keep their most valuable assets happy and secure.

Never trust your conversations with Sabre HR. They eliminated the team that you could trust, and talking to HR equals eventual termination. HR even misled those that too the package last year in the Q&A. People Team is a farce.

what is VP total rewards?
HR is there to keep to Mgmt out of Labor Courts and lawsuits, anything else they might do that is positive for Mgmt, is a big bonus. Coming up with ideas to keep the peasants from revolting and not costing anything to the company, is of utmost concern.
