So what are the details of this town hall? Someone must have attended it
Sorry I missed it. I had over 70 reschedules I had to do because our lazy techs called out today due to 'weather' issues. I had to reschedule these members (poor souls) out for another month or longer to get their appliances repaired because of our pathetic state of service. And some I couldn't reschedule at all because there are no available dates to reschedule them for. Yep. Eight Solid Hours of being screamed at from customers, while I work from home. Fun Times!! Home Services Town Hall. What a freakin' joke!
What’s the video meeting about? Big announcement or just typical, “we care about you BS”?
I already have a 14 hour day with the route they dispatched me on this morning.
