People mentioned possible February cuts a while ago, what happened with that? Is it happening or not?

Groups are still waiting for year end reviews...that could be a clue that layoffs are coming...why make the effort to give reviews if they're not going to be here any longer. Year end reviews are due at the end of this month and they're not even scheduling for them yet. Seems likely that something is going to happen.
Don’t need layoffs, people are leaving faster than an announcement in Walmart that all the half price tv’s have sold out during the Christmas sale!
