CareFirst no longer cares about its employees, which can be seen from the amount of work that one has to do. What I find even more difficult is that they completely ignore the clearly noticeable stress in employees, because they think that this is the only job option they have. I think they are using the situation that has arisen in the labor market due to the pandemic. As if they are not aware that people under too much pressure will leave the company no matter what and in spite of all existential issues.

Mass employee “walk out” or strike. When business stops they’ll change their perspective.
Truth and if they really cared about employees and the public they would find a way to get us all the vaccine rather than film
And air a expensive commercial about the shot!
