Thread regarding Tower Health layoffs

Finally a good move

People at the top are overpaid as it is, this latest move to cut their pay is exactly the kind of thing that needs to happen if we're to move forward and out of the mess we're in. Yes, I know it's nowhere near enough but in my opinion, it's a move in the right direction. Too many times it's only the employees who do the work that end up paying at times like these.

I just can’t believe how badly this organization is run. I work for the Medical Group and it is horrendous. There is absolutely no communication and no one knows what is going on.

I could have left 6 months ago but thought we would get things on track. I was completely wrong. Most of the Medical group management needs to go along with the Associate VPs that can’t make any decision on their own.

The morale is currently at an all time low. I hopefully won’t be around in 2-3 months.

Are you naive enough to think this means employees won't be fired? Or the hospitals won't close?
