Don't buy up, see the post re; ELT trying to push employees to buy equity into the company than taking a well-deserved cash bonus in March. It seems TD's taking notes from the kids on Reddit to raise stock-worth for dying companies.
Absolutely, don't be upset about not grabbing some shares when they hit $17. Buy up. You can tell who are the crabby ones who missed out on the rally
