Any news or specific teams within Optum Health Product Marketing that should expect upcoming layoffs?

Youre right. We had so many boomers working and then they were gonzo. Where are they gonna go? Who is gonna hire them? It's not right. Elderly workers need rights
It was sad. that place was a revolving door. Not a roach motel-it's easy to get in and easy to get out. Like the marketing folks. Many old people were shown the door. It was sad. Now that have limited options cuz whos gonna hire an old person nowadays
That marketing team had lots of turnover. Folks came and went. Don't know if they're laying people off, but given the instability of that company, nothing was surprising. Most people are looking elsewhere and will jump, those with more limited options will stay and suffer. it's sad. But the marketing teams are used, abused, and hired, fired, laid off all the time. Even at duhvita hcp–half the staff in marketing were gonzo including many baby boomers and old people-gone. talk about ageism. just wrong
