I appreciate the post.
I live 30mins from the city and use to live in Manhattan. I have never heard of any of these problems, however I’m no billionaire.
It’s only physics and we can’t quite change that. So it would be interesting to be a fly on the wall of Central Park Tower who is some 350ft taller. Height issues or not, I’m sure covid haven’t been kind to the tower as a whole.
