I heard before the pandemic they are closing most locations and bringing everyone to Newark. It seems that is the case.

Newark will probably not get too crowded because of lots of only come in as needed messages. since they are apparently good with a mostly remote workforce it is possible they then decide that they would rather have people who wfh from less costly states where wages are lower. that might be the next step of the transformation

I do not think the Newark buildings are going to get crowded. I think WFH and planned right sizing is the strategy.

Most people will either stay remote or work home 3 or 4 days a week so is that enough for those buildings to hold X amount of people at 50% or less capacity assuming covid regulations?

I don't think it's a big change, most people will work from home. But closing Roseland is the biggest surprise.

And those buildings in Newark are going to be very crowded.
