Platinum status!! Scared money don’t make money!!! And for all the those haters out their with the company you should just leave.. we have plenty of work since we’re the only gig in the nation that service all these appliances. Lg , Ge , Frigidaire, give us a lot of their work and not to mention Home Depot, Loews, Best Buy, etc. sears has so much resources.. thank goodness we didn’t rely on the sears store. We definitely would have folded but are strategic team has put us in a great place where we are so much profitable!! Haters please leave!! Stop complaining!! techs need to be more held accountable for their daily tasks, because truthfully it’s the bad techs that don’t try and be great and make money that brings the negativity for this company. Go work somewhere else!! UPS hiring and Amazon. No service company is perfect!!
Home Services working from home sounds like a great idea. Next they can have the customers bring their appliance to the techs. home. Then they will be able to do more repairs because they won't be wasting time driving to calls.
Too bad those customers won't get service in a timely manner. State of service is totally unacceptable and anyone who has the ability to help resolve this issue isn't doing anything about it. Management doesn't care, and that attitude quickly trickles down to us peons each and every day. It's really sad actually. It's almost impossible to do a job when you don't get the tools or the support to do it.
