It's been a little over a year since I left. I was tired of constant management through bullying, being overworked and underpaid, and having to navigate one of the most toxic work environments I've seen in my two-decades long career. I did like the people I worked with. I hope the situation has improved since then for their sake. Is it any better or am I just really lucky to have gotten away when I did?

No, not better. And cannot blame upper management for everything, as**leness is rampant at all levels.
Yes it does. Get your bvacation in now and start the countdown to Christmas in April!
Doesn't that relo period terminate in April? It'll be hilarious how many people leave after it hits.
Lmao heck no I wanna get laid off so badly. Many of us would have quit by now if we didnt have to repay the relocation
It's not gotten better that's for sure!
Worse, it always keeps getting worse. Most unbelievably horrible work environment I've ever seen.
