Company stock continues to drop daily....
With yearly performance reviews this month, does this impact ‘potential’ bonus’? Have bonus amounts for employees already been distributed and waiting to inform employee during MAP review?

is optum cares gonna get bonuses? We worked so hard!
Preliminary bonus + merit decisions have already been made for most departments. Funds were budgeted in 2020 and adjusted in Q4/January.
The earliest final comp statements can be shared with employees is 2/15 and my department has received no updates about any changes.

The merit increase pool and rrp budget along with your busimess entity rating was known at least by Dec of last year. Stock price reacting to the 4th quarter results and the witty news. Uncertainty about uhg growth and profitability. Your bonus and merit will s— because they knew things were not gonna go well back in Nov Dec. Witty will likely cut harshly to meet q2 eps expectations. Wake up to the game people.
The stocks dropping, and appears no end in sight as they brought in the UK clown, yet teammate service/HR/human capitals, etc...are silent. Are team mates going to get bonuses for all that hard work?
