Pathetically-run company. Super- micro management, looks for smallest reasons to terminate employees, regardless of work ethic, in order to cut costs, makes it very clear that their employees are liabilities to them, untrusting of even their best employees, zero interest in any operation-related input, locks-down computers to the point of unusability, high employee share of medical insurance permiums, no pension for new hires (zero-match 401k for grandfathered employees), powerless first-level "puppet" managers that simply let sh– flow down-hill with no resistance, next to zero net pay raises vs medical premium increases, currently under the microscope of an unstable bankruptcy protection, and many, many other reasons to just move on and stop looking here for employment.

Tom Brady doesnt care about the IBEW any more than the IBEW cares about it. There is no support for them, they are lazy losers and obviously trying to spread false information like this exposes what scum they are. The company has a bankruptcy settlement to focus on, they dont care about people that voluntarily walked off their jobs because they arents happy and want more bananas. Keep paying those dues, Cletus got a Cadi to pay for.
I heard there was an emergency managers meeting this morning to confront the bad press Frontier received from the outpouring of support for the IBEW picket. Tom Brady even condemned Frontier for their treatment to employees in his post game press conference. Looks like mission accomplished!

I’ve been looking for a job but I haven’t had no luck. I can’t believe that all these companies require a high school diploma. That just ain’t right.
I think its funny they want to micromanage techs, but managers have been working from home for months, dont answer calls or emails, and not being held accountable...they are part of the problem, not the solution!!!
Don't forget that morale is so bad that even those with a good work ethic are progressively less motivated. And the stress!! Stress with rewards in a meaningful job (say, as a front-line emergency worker) is one thing. Stress caused by hopelessness can be overwhelming, and is an everyday experience at Frontier. Stress, especially when caused by disparity, is known to shorten your life. And, if you are a person who wants to 'keep work at work' and not take the stress home with you, forget it. The stress from work will likely spill-over into your home life. It's not worth it!
