With all these posts I am starting to think not so much! We are all frustrated and dismayed working here but get a grip. I come to this site for insight about layoffs not about wet t shirt calendars and stuff!

Great question. Does SWN hire the best. I believe they do or did. Fun fact, the retired energy executive aka joker on 6 is coming back. Stay tuned for an announcement. His leadership and “greg”arious personality is sorely missed.
Despite all this negativity, who else is excited about “bonus day”? This should be soon. With all the free cash flow Mr Way preaches to us, I’m guessing our bonuses will be fabulous this year. I’ve already put down the deposit on a new Ford Bronco Sport. Coming to a SWN garage near you!
Just laid off from BP and our board is active but holy smokes this train wreck of a company has the most prolific board that I have clicked thru. By my guesstimate there are 50-60 people venting their thought and feelings plus their frustration with leadership. Well done SWN staff. There are diamonds of good information so keep posting everyone!
