I keep hearing about a “CarePass bonus” is being calculated and will be announced during our yearly time. Lucky for my store we met our target for 2020 I finished out at 117% . Does anyone know where to find this “bonus” at? I looked at our bonus incentive plan and there is no indication of CarePass on there. I just don’t want to get screwed over on my “bonus” if there is one. I read on here that there was a $500 bonus if we make our target but I can not find that information anywhere.

Told you will lose 10% off the top of your bonus for not making budget
It was on the hub months ago. It was either 125% or 150% ytd of carepass target u got a additional $250 on ur store manager bonus
