Funny enough for the few jobs in Paris, HR doesn’t think anybody at Apa is good enough and need to hire from outside instead of internally.

His position is already online for hire. Shame on you J J !!
For some of them French was desired, not required. And Total hires people that don’t speak French, you know, some people actually do learn a second language
I don't feel that anyone at Apache cares who is fired, even if they are presidential award recipients. Plenty of good people have been let go recently, some in extremely unjust situations for no apparently good reason. The management and their sycophant subordinates are truly hateful, evil coprophagic executers.
Anyone who sticks around is simply in fear of the job market, otherwise you would be insane to stay in that Mad Max universe of a workplace led by Blaster (Master was fired last year).
You have to be fluent in French to work that position in Paris. Dummy
RE: Paris.
Yes, it is pretty disappointing. Sends the message to existing employees that the company does not value them enough to reward their loyalty or develop their careers through placing existing employees in this position.
They’ve just removed another incentive to stick around.
Signing your post Apache HR suggests no credibility and a really high aptitude for filling out forms and filing.
No, Total doesn’t want anything more to do w “Good Apaches”.
Oh damn! What did he do to deserve that!?
S D?!?!
Don't worry my trusty friend. She won't be around much longer. Her canning the 2020 Apache Presidential Award recipient yesterday was a VERY bad look.
Same thing happened for the VP HSE position!
