Things are quiet on this site & at work. Fewer meetings & not much happening. Anyone have any news on what’s to come? I’ve heard February layoffs before MAP reviews & bonus. There was a previous poster that had lots of info & kept us informed. All of it was true & spot on. Will you give an update?

I totally agree with the two itemized points. Here's my thing: SELL the damn towers in MN and use the funds from that real estate sale to reward the good employees and get rid of the dead weight.
WHY do we keep those damn towers? To show off sure...but...Witty, etc could still show off in a smaller building. Building those towers cost a FORTUNE and then they FORCED people to sit in the cubes - even those who were full time telecommuters were told they had to work IN the office at least 3 times a week - if they lived with in 50 mile radius of the towers. I know people who quit because of that. 50 miles is a LONG drive to work - especially in MN in the snow!
Sell the towers and repurpose the funds from the sale.
Witchy is out. Watch out. They were hustlers and hucksters. They only cared about $. That's it. Another Anglo saxon from across the water to reap as much profit to the shareholders as possible off of the sick and the infirm. nice.
That place. Ugh. The spinning and rumination and someday talk was quite characteristic of the brain washing and propaganda. It’s sad, it;s like watching a slow moving train crash. Can’t imagine anyone with an IQ >70 working there unless they have no options. Sad. Maybe more people will get sick and they can get more profits? That would be the american way
Sh–ty witty ready to do what he does best. Axe I'm!
Please update on this site with as much info as you can. There should be some today and whoa nelly. Witty as leader is a disaster. He has no soul and will do everything to get more profit. There are going to be even more layoffs. Protect yourself the best way you can.
Sh–ty Witty is the CEO now, layoffs will commence in full force. Remember, he was a strong driving force of laying people off rather than retasking talent.
never buy a car or rv or job. walk away and think over everything before you get stuck on the hamster wheel. thanks
"laid off with only two weeks' notice after almost 5 years of loyal service. "
Unfortunately, that's common practice in the US empire–you have employment at will which is uniquely american–they can get rid of employees at whim for no reason anytime. That's allowed in the us. Employees have very few rights and are basically slaves on a plantation to their corporate overlords. The facts are the facts-look at all the examples of truth around you. Good luck, and never work for vulture capitalism
Things are definitely changed and the corporations will adapt and in a way that benefits ($$$) them. Folks need to keep all options open as there is no trust, loyality etc...b/w you and your publically traded 'employer'
It is coming. The pandemic is accelerating the change. These are the facts.
- Employees can work at home and work more hours that means less workers needed.
- Employees can work at home anywhere in the world. That means loss of local jobs.
No need for offices. No need for culture. Reduce payroll costs. Reduce real estate costs. Increase work loads.
I figure my time is coming. I know what it is like to be shocked. Just waiting for the bad news now.
I was laid off with only two weeks' notice after almost 5 years of loyal service. Of course, it was out of the blue and ruined my life right before Covid. So, be ready at any time, I say, especially there.
