Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

40-58 building or (CWC) Composite Wing Center layoffs coming.

It's February 1, 2021 and from a good friend who works inside this new CWC I have been told there only keeping around 100 people for all shifts. If you was hired in 2013 or later you could be on the chopping block and may have to say good bye to your friends, ones that you may spend more time with then your own family. If you was hired before 2013 you also will have to say good bye to a lot of good people but after there gone it will be easier because you won't have to feel that guilt that you get to stay. That guilt will get heavier and heavier as there final day gets closer. Please don't avoid them. They are loosing much more then you are. For some everything. Those who actually did a a honest day of work i'm sorry for what your going thru. Start getting your resources togather because once your day come. You loose most computer access to boeing information. Be thankful you will get the maximum unemployment rate. Your a lucky one. Sorry to say currently the maximum base unemployment with out any extra covid-19 relief is $760 a week. Start preparing for this now. Sorry

Getting laid off Boeing only pays 3,000 a year then you have to apply for federal but whatever is high on demand.

Well we can all tell you don’t work at Boeing, because you obviously don’t know how union seniority works 🤷‍♂️

You can tell this rumor is susceptible Everyone knows including their brother, sister or bail bondsman that Boeing always, without hesitation first targets guys in their 50's and up for layoffs. So people who started at Boeing in 2013 or so, are likely to be in their late 20's early 30's. Although their skill levels are low they won't be targeted for layoffs as hard as Boeing management will target guys in their 50's and up.

Hey Dude, you need to work on your sentence structure. Take the OP's advice and sign up for a Intro to Grammar and Writing class. Doing so, you can probably get extended unemployment benefits just for enrolling. When I get my lay-off notice I am going to sign up for a Beer Brewing class and kick back and watch the $hit show here on The Layoff at the big B.

My spelling really is irrelevant and it was efficient enough that I clearly conveyed the information for those unlucky enough to need it. If my spelling was all you could extract out. This tells me about your own self. I will not say anything else about what I think of you. I will give you the benefit of my doubts and will deliver good news for you. I will inform you that I took extra care this time to spell check this so someone like you could better understand what I am saying without the difficulties as before. With all the dooming implications that my words mean I am bewildered that someone like yourself would pick apart my post in such a unimportant manner. It paints a picture to me of your own mindset here. Carry on with your self and try doing an honest hard day of work sometime. Not for Boeing or anyone else, but for your own self. Like really dedicate to doing it right and if you break a sweat, well that’s even better. Unless you are already to far gone. Good luck Buddy and Thanks
