If you are going to sell my hospital and lay me off than tell me already! Enough with this "we're still making our decision and considering all the factors" c-ap! Sell us, close us, but tell us what's going on! Yes, I'm mad. We stress enough as it is dealing with the pandemic and instead of helping us you add this to our plate? Shame on you! And to think, I was actually excited when I heard we were being bought by Tower Health. I should have listened to the people who were warning me and left when I could.

Management is horrible. They don't care who loses their jobs. So, just tell people so they can pursue options. We do have families to support. Thats the least they can do. Don't pull us into a conference room and tell us, this is our last day. Or make us finish our shift. Have some respect for the ones that were loyal to the hospital.
I agree with you 100%. They keep stringing everyone along. Either way, I plan on leaving very soon. I never worked for an organization that is this dysfunctional. Most if not all of upper management needs to be let go.
