Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

How many current Boeing employees of former have been mistreated by a Boeing Managers?

I'll tell you what I leaned after a Boeing manager mistreated me personally and other people in my group. There was nothing anyone could do about it. My former Boeing manager had mistreated a lot of people and continues to do so. No body wants to work in this manager's group at all. We had lost about 10 young engineers in the span of two years prior to the 737 Max mess. These young engineers were being mistreated by this manager and they quit Boeing to go work for someone else. I can not believe this manager has not been fired. Skip the 60 day layoff notice with this clown and have Boeing Security escort them out the door and off Boeing property.

The Boeing Ethics department is a total joke. All they do is look the other way when a manager is clearly at fault. Same goes with Boeing HR. Remember there is no "Human" in Boeing Human Resources. The entire Boeing Ethics and HR departments should be layed off.

Boeing fires executive over 'embarrassing' leaked emails between pilots
that said the beleaguered 737 had been built by 'clowns' –
even though he neither sent nor received the messages.

Scapegoating is what they do best, its the only thing they do well...

Boeing management training information should be exposed to the media. There's a pattern!

I have seen a few people of great incompetence use belligerence as a
guard against their discovery. Picky Picket comes to mind.
Usually MBA’s in an engineering management role, but of course there are
those individuals who are just F,ed up in the head with sadistic tendencies.
Everyone sees it, yes other managers as well, and yet they stay managers.
But since Boeing is paying you well, you are expected to take it just like
a good Һooker.
Boeing is oblivious to the work force, as long as the numbers look good
They could care less if you’re mired in the feces of their management.
Welcome to the greatest ѕҺit show on earth.

Hey numb nuts, not everyone besides you works overtime or wants to. I have seen a lot of Managers, men as well as women managers who abuse employees and they know they are doing it. To bad Boeing don't walk their zero tolerance talk and fire these managers who abuse people.

Boeing ethics exists only to keep the company from being sued. It was clear a long time ago that Boeing ethics is not concerned about employees being treated ethically, They only exist to protect the company from lawsuits.

https://www.aviationtoday.com/2021/01/30/defense-bright-spot-commercial-woes-pummel-boeing/

Boeing on Wednesday Jan. 27 posted dramatically wider losses in its
fourth quarter and full year on a bevy of charges, mainly related to its
commercial aircraft programs, but the defense segment partially offset
declines elsewhere.

Most of the approximately $8 billion in charges stemmed from the
777X wide-body passenger aircraft program, which took a $6.5 billion hit
due to changes to market demand and timing of deliveries,
changes in production rates and initial accounting quantities
and delays due to design modifications.

Boeing also suffered a $744 million charge related to a recently announced
settlement with the Justice Department over the government’s investigation
into the MAX fraud passenger aircraft. The 737 program also was hit by $468
million in abnormal production costs.

Other provisions include a $290 million charge in commercial services related
to COVID-19 impacts and $275 million on the Air Force KC-46A aerial Molotov
tanker program for production incompetency and COVID disruptions.

Despite the KC-46 charge, Boeing’s defense segment still posted a huge gain
in operating income to $502 million in the quarter from $34 million a year ago
when its space business suffered a $410 million hit related to the failure of an
un-crewed Starliner space capsule to reach the proper orbit in a test for NASA.

Boeing attributed the income gains in the Defense, Space & Security segment
to performance on multiple programs and the Starliner charge a year ago.
Sales in the segment increased 14 percent to $6.8 billion on fighter programs
and gains across the portfolio.

My managers are all pretty cool and down to earth. They don’t ask you to do anything you didn’t sign up for when you applied and agreed to take the job.

The Managers At Moses Lake are dumped over there because they couldn't cut it in the Puget Sound . All they do is threaten the younger workers to send them back to Puget Sound factories. They know this would lead to a WARN notice. We get nothing but c-ap airplanes returned from storage to Seattle Delivery Center.

Asking you to DO YOUR JOB and to do it in a TIMELY MANNOR si NOT being mistreated.

Most overtime is CAUSED by shoddy work and lazy workers who "string it out"

I don't kiss a–, and I don't get yelled at, because I do my job and I do it well. No tags on my work.
