Who is going to pay for advise of dumbos that sat around all day, letting the company slip into mediocrity? They are dumb, old and hold emotional issues.

Lots of demand for Shell retirees. I had multiple offers before I asked for the severance. Its all about networking. The contract work is awesome play money while collecting pension.

People with your attitude likely wont get the same offer when your time comes.

I see some people start other companies or work for consultants that then get contracts to work for Shell.

I put more than four decades years at RDS. Did the best I could for my paycheck. If you put in 40 years your tired, but financially comfortable. Retirement is Great!

Join other company or start my own gig while collecting Shell pension. Many technical retirees do this, some even go back to Shell as 3rd party consultant and make even more money than when they were a salary employee at Shell lol
