Thread regarding Macy's Inc. layoffs

Loss of respect

I’ve been here for a long time and when I compare colleagues I’ve worked with before and colleagues now, I notice that people have less and less respect for each other. The show of respect has become a rarity here, or am I wrong? However, considering how much this company has collapsed and what kind of toxic atmosphere it encourages, it is no wonder that all respect has been lost.

Well, that's kind of the county in general. Nobody respects anyone now days. Everyone is always right. But for Macy*s the workload is heavy on the contingent to the store manager.

Cause everyone is miserable and know it has no future . It was always Everyman for himself. If this was a military operation everyone would be k–led cause there is zero team

As Groucho Marx 🥸famously said “ I wouldn’t want to be in any club that would have me as a member.” When I got laid off, they did me a favor.
